Dale Keith St. Clair Obituary

St. Clair, Dale Keith - After a 14 year battle with cancer, Dale left this world while listening to James Taylor and overlooking the rolling hills of Caledon. Born in Montreal North to Reginald Philpott and Dorothy (nee Hall), Dale moved to Brampton in 1968, where he met the love of his life, Catherine. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Catherine; Son Logan (Luciana), daughter Virginia (Robert) and grandchildren, Ashleen, Ewan and Liam. Dale and Cathie moved to Caledon from Brampton in 2009 and spent the past 11 years happily in their dream home surrounded by fields and forests and a porch to sit on together with friends, family and their devoted dog, Gizmo. Dale served with honour and purpose on the Accessibility Committee for both the City of Brampton and the Town of Caledon. Dale was an advocate for an accessible Caledon while also preserving the natural beauty for future generations, a cause close to his heart. Many thanks go to Bethell House Hospice and its supportive staff, Dr. Anglen at South Lake Regional Hospital, and Dr. Reese at Princess Margaret Hospital for giving Dale many extra years to watch his family grow. The family asks in lieu of flowers for donations to Bethell House Hospice. There will be a private graveside service for immediate family.
