Dale Robert Sirek, age 60, of Cottage Grove was called home on August 3, 2020.

Dale is preceded in death by brother, Rick. Survived by children, Shaun, Heather, and Andrea; eight grandchildren; his parents; one brother; three sisters; and many other loving friends and family.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, private family services are being held.

While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings while abiding to a 50% capacity at the facility. The use of face masks by attendees is required at indoor events, and we will continue taking the necessary steps to keep your families safe.
