Arlene Patton

Ms. Arlene Francis Patton, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2020 at the age of 77 after a lengthy illness. Arlene was born May 22, 1943 in Saginaw, Michigan to Willie Sr. and Ethel Patton. Arlene was a graduate of Saginaw High School, Class of 1961. She worked for St. Mary’s Hospital, retiring after thirty years of employment. She was a member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed visiting the casino, playing cards and just riding. Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Sr. and Ethel Patton; sister, Sharon Boose; brother, Ronnie Patton; nieces, Debbie Boose, Anisa Patton; lifelong friend Phyliss Jackson. She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Michael Logan, Victor (Vanita) Logan; stepdaughter, Sheree Logan; seven grandchildren, Roslyn Logan, Paris Jones, Precious Jones, Taylor Logan, Michael Logan, Jayden Logan, Joseph Logan; eight great-grandchildren; three brothers, Willie (Rita) Patton, Robert Patton, Marvin Patton, all of Saginaw, Michigan; five nieces; eight nephews; many great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends, including special friend of 63 years Marie Beasley, and friends of 30+ years, Vanessa Humes and Sandy Brewer. The family would like to express special thanks to Avista Nursing and Rehab, Covenant Hospital, Ivan E.
