It is with sadness that the family of the late ANN P. KING of Grand Bank announce her passing at the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank on Tuesday, August 4th at the age of 93. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons, Berrick King (Peggy) of Marystown and Jim King (Joanne) of Grand Bank; daughter, Sharon Griffin (John) of St. John’s; son-in-law, Gordon Hickman; sister, Ethel Brown (Jim); brother, Frank Dolimount; brother-in-law, Ken Sellars; 8 grandchildren, Kim Loder, Krista Wade, Kelly Hickman, Courtenay Griffin, Meghan Morrissey, Steven King, David King and Raelle King; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; special friend and long-time caregiver Alfreda Cluett; special niece, Flossie Martin, Lamaline; plus a large circle of relatives and friends.

Ann was pre-deceased by her husband, Aubrey King, daughter, Marie Hickman; granddaughter, Eilish King; sisters, Rita Almeda (Sam), Margaret Sellars, Millie Sellars (Jim), Maude Welsh (Ben), Elsie Rodway (Clayton), Rose McCann (Phillip), Ruby Vallis (Bill); brother, John Dolimount (Carrie); sister-in-law, Pearl Dolimount.

Due to the current Public Health Advisory of COVID-19 a walk through visitation will be held at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Grand Bank, Wednesday, August 5th, 2020 between 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a Private Family Service to be held at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Grand Bank and interment taking place at the United Church Cemetery, Grand Bank on Thursday, August 6th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.

In Ann’s memory, donations may be made to the United Church, Grand Bank.
