DOVER: Joseph G. Peltier, 90, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2020 at Lincoln Terrace after a period of failing health. He is survived by 3 sons, Gary, Don & Joey and 6 stepchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Loretta who passed away Oct. 26, 2014; who he deeply missed. Graveside services will be held on Thursday the 13th at 11:00am at St. Charles Cemetery in Dover, NH.
