He graduated from Casa Grande Union High School. Billy was a loving son and had a big heart. He enjoyed and loved to got to the movies, such as Ghostbusters and Godzilla. Billy made people feel loved and never would take no for an answer. His family was the world to him, especially his nieces and nephews. Everybody loved hearing his stories. Billy is survived by his mother: Martha Martinez; his siblings: Rolando Martinez Jr, Elvira Tiznado, Corina Melendez and Joey Martinez; nine nieces and five nephews.
