William Douglas Geller

<p>Doug Geller of Telluride &amp; Grand Junction and formerly of The Big Island of Hawaii passed away on 8/02/20 from his battle with cancer. &nbsp; Growing up in Hawthorne, California &nbsp;he became a Hawthorne police sergeant. &nbsp;After his retirement he moved to the Big Island of Hawaii &nbsp;and started/owned Tom Bombadil&#39;s Restaurant in Kailua Kona, Hawaii for over twenty years, growing it from a small take out window food service to a free standing building and full service restaurant. &nbsp;He is survived by Jackie, his son Tracy (Katie), his grandsons Shane &amp; Ty, brother Larry and extended family Brad (Jessica) and Elizabeth. &nbsp; He was preceded in death by his mother and father Ruth Scott Geller and Perry Glenn Geller. &nbsp;He loved to &nbsp;golf, ski and enjoy a good laugh with friends at Tracks in Telluride or at one of his favorite restaurants on Alii Drive in Kona. Memorial services to be held at a later date and his remains will be scattered at sea in his beloved Kailua Kona, Hawaii.</p>

Obituary
