Funeral services for Evalyn Jo Neill, 89, of Cushing will be Wednesday August 5th, 2020 at 10am at the Dickie Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Snelson and Bro. Robert Nelson officiating. Graveside will follow at Linn Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Tuesday August 4th, 2020 at the funeral home in Cushing. Evalyn was born to Murph and Claudia Caver on October 7th, 1930. She grew up in Linn Flat, graduated from Cushing High School, and lived in Cushing, Texas.

Evalyn loved the lord with all her heart and was an active member of Landmark Baptist Church. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Evalyn also loved her flowers, working in her yard and cooking. She was well known for her coconut pies. She also loved quilting and being a part of the Landmark Baptist Church Quilting Group.

 She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Claude Neill, brother Bobby Caver, and sister Vera Caver Ivy Self.

 She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Pamela and Roger Self of Humble, Tx, Son and daughter-in-law Rex and Phyllis Neill of Henderson, Tx and daughter and son-in-law Paula and Bobby Nabours of Nacogdoches, Tx; grandchildren Joey Voyles (Randy), Tori Sustaire (Greg), Cari Mills (Ray), Jeremy Neill (Erin), Josh Neill (Erin), Christi Neill, and Misty Hill (Chad), thirteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and three step great grandchildren. She is also survived by her Sister Vivian Williams, sister-in-law Janet Caver, and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family would like to extend thanks to her caregivers: Paula Gresham, Christi Lawson, and Juanell Rawlinson as well as Willowbrook Nursing Home, Westward Trails Nursing Home and Dr. Vinther and staff.
