<p><br /> Colleen (Dixon) York, 73, of&nbsp; Nashville, TN passed away Saturday, August 1st, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN.</p> <p>Colleen was born in Clay County, TN on July 21, 1947, a daughter of the late Piccola (Lee) Dixon and Clifton Whitney Dixon.</p> <p>She was married to Mitchell Douglas &quot;Doug&quot; York, who passed away on July 22, 2020.<br /> <br /> Colleen is&nbsp; survived by a daughter, Angela York, of Nashville, TN;&nbsp; a son, Carl York, and wife, Tabitha of Ashland City, TN;&nbsp; three grandchildren and one great grandchild; and her beloved pets, Nestle and Baby.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Colleen is also survived by a sister, Bertie Fraley, and husband, Tony, of Nashville, TN.; and a brother-in-law, Carrell Clements of Red Boiling Springs, TN.</p> <p>Other than her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lou Clements; and one great grandchild.&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY with Gary Wilder officiating.&nbsp;</p> <p>Visitation is Wednesday, from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.</p> <p>Burial is in Pitcock Cemetry.</p>

Colleen (Dixon) York, 73, of  Nashville, TN passed away Saturday, August 1st, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN.

Colleen was born in Clay County, TN on July 21, 1947, a daughter of the late Piccola (Lee) Dixon and Clifton Whitney Dixon.

She was married to Mitchell Douglas "Doug" York, who passed away on July 22, 2020.

Colleen is  survived by a daughter, Angela York, of Nashville, TN;  a son, Carl York, and wife, Tabitha of Ashland City, TN;  three grandchildren and one great grandchild; and her beloved pets, Nestle and Baby.
 
Colleen is also survived by a sister, Bertie Fraley, and husband, Tony, of Nashville, TN.; and a brother-in-law, Carrell Clements of Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Other than her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lou Clements; and one great grandchild. 
 
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY with Gary Wilder officiating. 

Visitation is Wednesday, from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.

Burial is in Pitcock Cemetry.
