Virginia M. MOZINGO

<p>Mrs. Virginia M. &ldquo;Peachie&rdquo; Browning Mozingo, 92, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, died Friday evening, July 31, 2020, at her residence.&nbsp; She was the wife of Mr. Elwyn O. &ldquo;Moe&rdquo; Mozingo, her husband of 68 years.</p> <p>Born March 25, 1928, in Hagerstown, she was a daughter of the late Banner Barnes Browning, Sr., and Helen Mae Billmyer Browning.&nbsp; She graduated from Hagerstown High School.</p> <p>Mrs. Mozingo retired in 1985 from the Pangborn Corporation with thirty-eight years of service.</p> <p>She was a member of First Christian Church, Hagerstown.&nbsp; Additionally, she was a Pangborn Quarter Century Club member.</p> <p>Besides her husband, Virginia is survived by her son, Gregory L. Mozingo and wife Sharon of Chambersburg; grandchildren, Ryan Mozingo and wife Penny of Hagerstown, Erin Mozingo of Frederick and Season Ciaverella of Greencastle; as well as by her sister, Mary L. Showe of Chambersburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.</p> <p>In addition to her parents, Mrs. Mozingo was preceded in death three brothers, Earl, Banner, Jr., and Elwood &ldquo;Hic&rdquo; Browning.</p> <p>The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown, is handling the arrangement for the family.&nbsp; There will not be visiting at the funeral home.&nbsp; A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.</p> <p>Memorial contributions may be sent in Virginia&rsquo;s name to SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care &amp; Hospice, 2700 Luther Drive, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania 17202.</p>

Mrs. Virginia M. “Peachie” Browning Mozingo, 92, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, died Friday evening, July 31, 2020, at her residence.  She was the wife of Mr. Elwyn O. “Moe” Mozingo, her husband of 68 years.

Born March 25, 1928, in Hagerstown, she was a daughter of the late Banner Barnes Browning, Sr., and Helen Mae Billmyer Browning.  She graduated from Hagerstown High School.

Mrs. Mozingo retired in 1985 from the Pangborn Corporation with thirty-eight years of service.

She was a member of First Christian Church, Hagerstown.  Additionally, she was a Pangborn Quarter Century Club member.
