O’HEARN, Mollie Ann - age 54, of Millington, passed away Sunday August 2, 2020 at her home, with her family by her side. Private visitation will take place. A public graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday August 6, 2020 at Flint Memorial Park, 9506 N Dort Hwy. Mt. Morris. Memorial contributions may be directed to Wounded Warrior Project in Mollie’s name. Mollie was born on May 31, 1966 in Flint, Michigan. She grew up in Clio where she graduated with the Class of 1984. After high school she received her business degree from Detroit College of Business. She married the love of her life Thomas J. O’Hearn Sr. in September of 1989 at Bethany United Methodist Church in Clio. She worked for VG’s in Clio for over 20 years, where she proudly made the doughnuts for her faithful customers up until the last few months of her life. Over the years she attended Bethany United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed playing for their softball team. She also bowled in a couple of different bowling leagues and loved anything horses, whether it be riding or working on horse farms. Most of all she loved the time she spent with her family, especially with her boys and grandkids. Mollie is survived by her Husband Tom of 30 years: Sons: Tommy (Cassandra) O’Hearn Jr. and Randy O’Hearn; 5 Grandchildren: Logan, Gabi, Alexa, Natalie and David; Siblings: Edward Monroe and Debbie Dodd; Mother in law Roberta O’Hearn; Special Aunt and Uncle: Sue (Bill) Hilgris and their children Tom, Jennifer and Ryan; Also survived by many sister in laws, brother in laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and special nephew Brandon. Preceded in death by her precious son Shawn David O’Hearn who passed away in 2015, her father in law Leo O’Hearn and her parents Raymond and Marilyn (Scott) Monroe.
