Douglas McArthur Cranford passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020 at the age of 74.

Douglas was born on October 3, 1945, the son of the late Jessie and Oma Lee Self Cranford.  He is preceded in death by his son Doug Cranford, brother Jessie Cranford, Jr., sister Sue Cranford

He is survived by his wife Sarah Cranford; daughter, Angie Hughes (Greg); grandchildren Cory Hughes (Callie), Hunter Hughes, Cole Heigle, Logan Hegle, and Hollis Hughes; great- grandchild Sarah Golden Hughes.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on August 4, 2020, at Golden Line Cemetery in Anguilla, MS with Revs. Richard Wiman and Jimmy Porter officiating.  Glenwood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Wood, Benson McIntire, Will McIntire, Scott Beller, and Greg Hughes. Honorary pallbearers will be Bud Stigall, J.D. McGrew, Henry Cooper, Chris Martin, Jackie Martin, Chuck Janes,  Joe King, and Pete Hargrave.
