Marilyn J. Vinson

Marilyn Jean Angeline Vinson, a resident of Amelia, passed away on Friday July 31, 2020 at the age of 89. She was the mother of Diane (Mitchell) Jacobs, Cheryl (Dwayne) Keeney, Michael (Eileen) Vinson, Todd (the late Donna) Vinson, and Timothy (Donna) Vinson. Grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 25. Also survived by her dear friends Arlene Givens, Erlene Parker, and Pam Sanders. Preceded in death by her parents Paul and Nellie Marshall, her siblings: George W. Marshall, Frances Ellwood, Dorothy Ward, Helen Snipes, Thelma Wright, and Robert Marshall, and two grandchildren: Ashley Rian Keeney and Heather Nicole Vinson.  Marilyn was a member of Monuments Baptist Church. Visitation will be held for her there on Thursday August 6, 2020 from 10:00 AM until time of services at 12:00 Noon. Interment at Pierce Township Cemetery. *The Family requests that guests strictly adhere to CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19, including masks and social distancing protocols.*
