Mr. Robert C. Walters passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst at the age of 73. Robert was born in Hoke County on October 9, 1946, to the late Horace B. Walters Sr. and Lottie Pendergrass Walters. He was preceded in death by his brother Horace B. Walters Jr. and his sister Lilian Riley. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Gloria J. Walters of Raeford, a son, Johnny D. Walters of Raeford, a granddaughter, Cheyenne Walters of Laurinburg; a sister, Lorena Propst of China Grove; a brother, Bruce Walters and his wife Paula of Raeford; 4 nephews and 1 niece.
