Mrs. Deloris Batts, a resident of Ozark, died early Sunday morning, August 2, 2020 in an Ozark nursing home. She was 83.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In keeping with the wishes of the family, there are no public services planned at this time. Burial will be in Sebring, Florida at a later date. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Memorial contributions may be made to, Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. She formerly lived in Sebring, Florida for many years before moving to Ozark in 2018. Mrs. Batts was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Buford Batts; two sons, Ronald Batts and William Batts; and a daughter Connie Christian.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Surviving relatives include her daughter-in-law, Darlene Turner Batts, Ozark; daughter, Randy Hardin (James), Bristol, FL; brother, Bill Weaver (Indiana); two sisters, Faye Chambers (Indiana) and Darlene Thomas (Florida); several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.</strong></span></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

OZARK…. Mrs. Deloris Batts, a resident of Ozark, died early Sunday morning, August 2, 2020 in an Ozark nursing home. She was 83.

            In keeping with the wishes of the family, there are no public services planned at this time. Burial will be in Sebring, Florida at a later date. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

            Memorial contributions may be made to, Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.

            Mrs. Batts, daughter of the late Calvin Eugene Weaver and Marjorie Fisher Weaver, was a native of Wakarusa, Indiana.
