Dustin L. Carter, 38, of Chicago, IL, died on Sunday, July 26, 2020, at his residence. He was born on July 3, 1982, in Kankakee, IL, the son of Robert “Bob” Carter and Cindy Spencer-Price. He is survived by his father and step-mother, Robert and Debbie Carter of Granite Falls, WA, and mother and step-father, Cindy and Tom Price of WA. Four sisters and brother-in-law; Krista and Brent Peterson of Arlington, WA, Mariah Rethorst of OR, Makenna Carter of Granite Falls, WA, and Bailey Carter of Granite Falls, WA. One brother; Trey Carter of Granite Falls, WA. Paternal grandparents; Ed and Linda Carter of Momence, IL. Maternal grandmother; Janice and Jim Kyrouac of Bradley, IL. Four aunts, Lori Carter of Momence, IL, Janie and Wade Weiss of Jefferson, IA, Tammy and Quincy Spears of Momence, IL, and Sherrie Braswell of Momence, IL and two uncles; Mark and Sheila Carter of Kankakee, IL and Terry and Sherry Spencer of Momence, IL. Also surviving are many cousins, nieces and nephews. Dustin enjoyed cycling and bowling, as well as outdoor activities where he loved socializing with his friends. Cremation rites have been accorded and per request of his family no services will be held.
