<p>Passed away at Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin, NL, on Saturday, July 25, 2020, SIDNEY EVANS, of English Hr. East, NL, in his 82nd, year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Mary, Son George (Trudy), English Hr. East, granddaughter Hailey, brother in law Albert Saunders (Susan), Marystown, sister Betty Smith, St. John’s, nephew Sidney (Yolanda), John, David, Robert, Don, and Harold; nieces Dorothy and Beverley, and Braden and Evan, and a large circle of relatives and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Sidney is predeceased by his parents Oscar and Hilda Evans, brother Charles Evans and sister Lydia Seymour, niece Wanda and nephew Wayne.</p><p><br></p><p>Cremation will take place.</p><p><br></p><p>Due to the current public health advisory of COVID – 19, no visitation or funeral will be held at this time.
