<p>Myrna Mills Cole Wells, 81, of Phenix City, AL stepped into eternity on Friday, July 24, 2020 while at her residence.</p> <p>Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, July 27, 2020 in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL with Rev. J. D. Jackson officiating. A private interment will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.</p> <p>Mrs. Wells was born March 15, 1939 in Elba, AL daughter of the late Clifton Eugene Mills and Mattie Ophelia Beck Mills. She had retied from Cobb Hospital after many dedicated years of service in the Radiology Department. Mrs. Wells was a renowned seamstress with the ability to sew virtually anything. It seemed she always had a book or other reading material with her as she loved to read. Always wanting to learn, she became an amateur horticulturist turning her back into a beautiful garden for all to enjoy. The Gaither videos and CD&rsquo;s were often heard playing at her home as she loved them and they brought comfort to her. Mrs. Wells was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church in Phenix City, AL. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and friend.</p> <p>Mrs. Wells was also preceded in death by her husbands, William &ldquo;Billy&rdquo; L. Cole and Millard &ldquo;Billy&rdquo; L. Wells as well as her siblings.</p> <p>Survivors include her two children, Sandy Cole Evenson (Donald) and Jeffery Cole all of Phenix City, AL; three dear grandchildren, Tori Miller (Daniel), Jordan Blankenship (Steven) and Nicholas Evenson; five precious great-grandchildren, Charli, Leo, Lincoln, Esley and Ashton; several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
