<p>Roxanna Mae Coughlin, 58, of rural Watertown, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at her home.</p> <p>Roxanna was born on September 18, 1961 in Jefferson, WI, the daughter of Robert and Marjorie (Pursley) Warren. On August 21, 1999 she married Edward Coughlin at St. Henry&rsquo;s Catholic Church.</p> <p>Roxanna had a warm personality and enjoyed the company of others. Family was an important part of her life. She frequently shared stories from her childhood and enjoyed socializing with all generations at family gatherings. Roxanna displayed her creativity through arts and crafts, including cross-stitch, quilting, and crocheting. She shared her talents with family and friends through homemade gifts.</p> <p>Roxanna is survived by her husband Edward, and brother Greg Warren. She is further survived by her father and mother-in-law Robert and Marie Coughlin. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her parents and brother in infancy.</p> <p>A memorial service will be held at 10:00am on Monday, July 20, 2020 at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Watertown with Fr. Michael Johnson presiding. Burial will be in St. Bernards Catholic Cemetery at a later date.</p>

Roxanna Mae Coughlin, 58, of rural Watertown, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at her home.

Roxanna was born on September 18, 1961 in Jefferson, WI, the daughter of Robert and Marjorie (Pursley) Warren. On August 21, 1999 she married Edward Coughlin at St. Henry’s Catholic Church.
