HOLMES, Fraser Philip Well-known Musician Peacefully with his loved ones by his side at the Ottawa General Hospital on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at the age of 28. Cherished son of Charlene Taylor (Andy) and Phil Holmes (Becky). Beloved partner of Tori Turcotte-Arsenault. Dear brother of Alex (Amanda) and Patrick, and step-brother of Mitch and Jay Taylor. Loving grandson of Doreen Dagenais (late Adrian) and Madeleine Holmes (late Sid). Predeceased by his stepfather Wally Marchand. Fraser will be remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Honouring Fraser’s wishes, a gathering (Bash) for family and friends will be held at the Renfrew Armouries, 115 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Renfrew on Sunday, January 17, 2016 starting at 2 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa General Hospital, 5 West BMT unit would be appreciated by the family. Condolences or donations may be made at www.mcphailandperkins.ca

We are Tori's grandparents,we have not met Fraser only
