Raymond R. Tanella, 92, of Roseland, died on July 13, 2020. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at 12 pm at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church, Roseland, NJ. Born in New York, NY, he grew up in Brooklyn, resided in West Orange, and settled in Roseland. Prior to his retirement, he was a financial supervisor for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. He retired to Florida. For many years, he was a member of UNICO in West Orange and was on the West Orange Traffic Engineering Committee. Pre-deceased by his parents, Thomas and Mary Tanella and his brother, Joseph Tanella. He is survived by his beloved wife of 71 years, Angela C. Tanella (nee Marsala); devoted daughters, Marilyn Monica and her husband Richard, and Susan Komorowski and her husband Alfred; loving grandchildren, Jason Komorowski, David Monica and his wife Jennifer, Ashley Genchi and her husband Nicholas, and Brian Komorowski and his wife Carly; 7 cherished great-grandchildren, Jason Jr., Kaleigh, Megan, Gabriella, Nicholas Jr., Alexander, and Nicholas Raymond; dear sister, Dolores Rosen and her husband Lawrence.
