Ms. Shirlene Ann “Sheryl” Hammack, age 18, of Thomaston, died Saturday, October 31, 1981. Funeral Services for Ms. Hammack will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2020, at 2:00 PM, at Christ Chapel Community Church, Old Zebulon Road Campus, 68 Old Zebulon Road, Zebulon, GA 30295. Rev. Billy Smith will officiate and Interment will follow in South View Cemetery in Thomaston. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 until 2:00 PM. Sheryl was born on February 7, 1963, to John and Kathleen Hammack in Thomaston. Sheryl is survived by her loving mother, Kathleen Hammack of Thomaston; sisters, Lynn (Donald) Johnson of Thomaston, Johnnie (Mark) Hay of Meansville; niece, Kimberly Burnette; nephews, Darrell Johnson, Drew Hay, and Hunter Hay, great niece, Maddi Hoodenpyle, and great nephews, Luke Johnson and Jaksyn Hay. She is preceded in death by her father, John Hammack, and her grandparents, Ross and Sybil Hale and Luther and Louise Hammack.
