Cadillac, Michigan- Polly Joy Milam, of Cadillac, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at her home with her family by her side. She was 59.
Polly was born a triplet on November 20, 1960 in Detroit, Michigan to Roy Eugene Milam and Emily Ann Richardson and grew up with 8 siblings. She was a wonderful artist and especially enjoyed doing crafts with her grandchildren. Polly liked to visit and spend time with her friends. Christmas was her favorite time of year and her children always looked forward to her annual Christmas cookie baking days. It could be said that the first responders in Cadillac were her future husbands as she liked to flirt with them and put a smile on their face. She cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren, whether it be listening to them, cracking jokes with them or just showing them unconditional love.
Polly is survived by her loving children, Robert (Sheena) Milam and Annmarie Joy (Cory) Rowe; grandchildren, Kayla Rose Dickey-Milam, Raven Marie Friess, Wesley Drake Milam, Lillian Joy Milam, Savanna Leeanne Bronkema, Eva-Marie L. Hall, Gauge Dean Bowen, Zaine N.K. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Milam, her loving life-partner, Nathan Keith Davis in 2011 and her brother-in-law, Robert Andrus.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
