Timothy Frank Toews

Tim was born Timoteo Francisco Stoesz on April 10th, 1990 in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Mexico to Frank and Eva Stoesz.&nbsp;&nbsp;At 2 years of age the family moved to Canada and relocated to the Lowe Farm area.&nbsp;&nbsp;He attended school in Lowe Farm until grade 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;Even as a youngster he was known to be adventurous and fun loving.&nbsp;&nbsp;In Eva’s journal, she recorded her joy, when Tim accepted Jesus into his heart. <br>After the passing of his mother, in March of 2000, Tim and his siblings moved in with their Uncle Gord and Aunt Esther for 6 months.&nbsp;&nbsp;In August they joined the Toews family at MacGregor. <br>Tim enjoyed life on the farm shadowing his brother Darren in working with cattle, chores, running equipment and driving the four wheeler.&nbsp;&nbsp;Because of his fearless nature, Tim was great at working with cattle and there was no calf he was afraid to tackle.&nbsp;&nbsp;At the age 12, Tim began driving the grain cart for the harvest crew and he excelled at this job.&nbsp;&nbsp;Other interests included rec hockey, dirt biking, snowboarding, golfing and baseball.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>Through his teen years Tim was active in youth and went on numerous missions trips.&nbsp;&nbsp;Upon his confession of faith, Tim was baptized in May of 2008.&nbsp;&nbsp;The following month he graduated from MacGregor Collegiate.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>After helping with spring seeding, in 2009, Tim went on a road trip to Mexico for his Grandparents’ 50th wedding anniversary.&nbsp;&nbsp;He really enjoyed his time there, connecting with family and made many special memories with his cousin Erica. <br>Tim fought a long, hard battle with mental illness, which became apparent in his later teen years.The family struggled to cope with the symptoms of his illness, as he started to lose interest in the things that previously brought him joy.&nbsp;&nbsp;Through treatment, Tim was able to manage his mental illness to the point of being able to maintain a job.&nbsp;&nbsp;He worked at Monarch Industries for 3 years, holding the record for the person longest employed in his position.&nbsp;&nbsp;Tim found his niche in the work world, once he started trucking.&nbsp;&nbsp;His employer, Renaissance Trucking, describe him as a hard worker, who was proficient in getting the job done. <br>Tim loved being an uncle and invested a lot of time in his nieces and nephews, although we’re not sure who had the most fun.&nbsp;&nbsp;Riding in the grain cart with Uncle Tim was always a favorite place to be.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>In June of 2015, Tim took a break from his trucking job and pursued his love of motorsports and other hobbies.&nbsp;&nbsp;After sustaining a leg injury while dirt biking, he experienced a frustrating, prolonged physical recovering. This was something he was dealing with at the time he succumbed to his mental illness. <br>Tim leaves to mourn his passing, his parents Bernie and Edna Toews; brother Dean Toews (Roxie), nephew Ethan, nieces, Shelby, Brooklyn and Brandy; brother Devin (Sonya), nephews Dillon, Reid and Davis; brother Darren (Christine) nieces, Lexis, Eve and Harper; brother Steve; sister Jessica Klaassen (Jared) nieces Bekah and Sadie; grandparents Peter & Maria Stoesz; grandmother Margaret Dyck and grandmother Helen Doell. Tim was predeceased by his first mother, Eva Stoesz, and four grandparents. <br>
