<p>Juan &ldquo;Papo&rdquo; Santiago 54, a longtime Lawrence resident, died peacefully Wednesday, February 11, at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.&nbsp; He was surrounded by his loving family. Papo was born in Arroyo, Puerto Rico on January 29, 1961 and is the son of Juan and Maria Santiago.</p> <p>He was educated in the Lawrence School System and for many years was employed by his good friend Jerry at Andover St. Citgo in Lawrence.</p> <p>Juan married Laura and the couple had four children.</p> <p>Among his numerous interests and hobbies were family, cars and gardening.</p> <p>Papo was greatly admired by all who knew him because of his love and unwavering loyalty to his family and friends. The generosity of his time and talent was unconditional to anyone who called upon him for assistance. Papo will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.</p> <p>His survivors include his four loving children Franky, Erving, Alexis and Laurie, three grandchildren Anthony, Aiden and Maliyah. Papo also leaves 3 sisters, Wanda, Daisy and Evelyn, 4 brothers, Hector, Mikey, Jose and Edwin as well as a very large extended family.</p> <p>Papo was a loving and supportive son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and great-uncle, and he will live on through his family.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his calling hours on Saturday&nbsp; February 14, between 9 and 11 AM at the Arthur J Scott&nbsp; Funeral Home, 298 S Broadway, Lawrence MA.&nbsp; This will be followed by a &nbsp;Memorial mass and a Christian Burial, at 11 AM.
