Rex S. Madden was born June 5, 1960 in Frankfort, KY and departed this life Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center, being 55 years of age. He was the son of the late Jesse W. Madden and Helen Louise (Harrison) Madden. Rex is survived by two children, Matthew Madden and Jessica Madden both of Frankfort and by a brother, Rick Madden and wife Teresa of Augusta, GA. He was blessed with two grandchildren. Memorial service was held 12 Noon Saturday, October 25, 2015 at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Horn and Bro. Tim Hounshell officiating.
