Doris Jean Senior Obituary

Doris Jean Greene Senior was born October 19, 1938 to Orange Greene and Mary Thompson Greene in Edison, Georgia. God saw his angel suffering and said no more and bought her unto himself. She gave up her fight and surrendered to the Lord on July 8, 2020. She gave her life to Christ at a young age. One of her favorite hymns that she would sing to the kids was “I wanna be ready”. When you saw her, she was always walking, not because she had to, but because she desired to do so. She will be missed by everyone that loved and cherished her. She is simply irreplaceable. We are all stuck trying to figure out what to do without her. We know you smiling down on us saying... “I am home. The hurt, it hurts no more. Rejoice family this is a celebration of my life don’t weep for me...until we meet again. I love you”. She leaves behind her brother, Earnest Greene of Cocoa Beach, Florida; her kids, Julius Senior (Yvonne), Cyd Senior McCoy (Aaron), Reginald Senior, Vonda Lyn Somlinko, Andrew Senior, Rodney Senior, Tesa Senior, Stanya Senior (Jermaine), Cedrick Senior, Sr. (Shanna), Frederick Senior (Robin), Victor Bell (Shalanda), Antonio Bell, her grandchildren, Angelik, Angelique, Erika, Raven, Mia, Sheldon, Tracy, Michael, Chakita, Roquel, Sharika, Roy, Tameica, Ciara, Eric, Jordan, Cedrick Jr., Devin, Aaliyah, Lorenzo, Marquis, Jada, Alexis, Cedrick III, Javarious, Hayden, Omar, Victoria, Je’viah, Juakeem, Artavious, Anthony and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
