Janet Montaño Ausente, 58, of Clark, passed away on Wednesday, July 08, 2020. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Janet was born in Bacolod City, Philippines on August 5, 1961 to Juanito and Consolacion (Montaño) Ausente and grew up in Iloilo, Philippines. She is the youngest of 7 siblings. She is survived by her brother Rolando Ausente and sisters Melania Sarabia, Elona Salveron, and Sabrina Buyco, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father Juanito, mother Consolacion, and brothers Samson Ausente and Gerard Ausente. She moved to the United States in 1995. Forever a dedicated caregiver, she helped take care of her nieces Lorelei & Loralyn and her nephew Lenard. She was a constant figure at every dance recital, soccer game, and graduation. In 2015, she proudly became a US Citizen. She continued to help raise the next generation as well, looking after her great-nephews RJ & Ari, and great-niece Rosie. She loved cooking, gardening, watching Filipino soap operas, attending NY Yankee games, and going on vacations, especially to visit family back in the Philippines. The only thing she loved more than family was her dog Gizmo, who passed away earlier this year. They are happily reunited. A private funeral and burial of Janet will take place on Monday, July 13, 2020.
