Donald B. Herron, 66 of Massillon, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2015. He was born in Massillon on December 7, 1949 and was the son of the late Wayne and Garnet (Stuck) Herron. Donald was a member of the Belle Valley American Legion, he owned a home in Noble County where he enjoyed the outdoors, deer hunting and 4 wheeling. He retired from Fleming Foods. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Christina Herron and his sisters, Carol J. Herron and Joyce Benish. Don is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Ott) Herron, his sisters, Dorothy (Orville) DeBos and Linda (Todd) Kester, his brothers, Ronald (Betty) Herron, Larry (Glenna) Herron and Jeffrey Herron, his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Paul and Nancy Hodgson, his dog Buddy and many nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate his life will take place on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral home with Celebrant Gary Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
