Michael James Jenkins, of Chester, died July 4, 2020, at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 56 years of age.

The son of the late Jack and Ida Jenkins, Michael was born on July 23, 1963, in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, but was fulfilled in the Bronx where he worked as a plumber. Michael was a 19 year resident of Chester. He was a hard working man, and devoted to his family.

Michael is survived by his spouse Arlene Jenkins of New Windsor, New York. As well as his daughters, Noel (Curtis) Van Ness of Milford, Pennsylvania, and Jennifer (Salvatore) Patti of Monroe, New York, his grandson Declan Van Ness, and several nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his sister Betty Nicolas

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020 from the hours of 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Flynn Funeral Home, located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York, 10950.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Lung Association and the American Cancer Society.
