Nathan Allen Dodd With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Nathan Allen Dodd (Nate), age 23 of Orem, Utah, previously of Plainfield, Illinois. He was born in Lagrange, Illinois on March 10, 1997. He died on July 2, 2020 from a motorcycle accident. He is survived by his parents, Ron and Denise Dodd, his three sisters, Kamee, Lauren and Nicole, his grandmother Linda Dodd and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. We know Nathan is now with his grandparents, Charles and Joanne Davis and his grandfather, Jack Dodd. Those who knew Nathan will miss his quick wit and sense of humor. He loved to laugh and even more enjoyed making others laugh. For a skinny boy, Nathan had a real love for food, a passion for sports, and a kind heart towards others. Nathan’s compassion compelled him to serve others and many witnessed his kind deeds in various ways. Everyone felt included with Nathan, young, old or different he treated them all with love and respect. We all are better people because of the influence of Nathan in our lives. Please join our family in celebrating his life in either Utah or Illinois. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home.
