Charlotte Ann Wells age 77 of Ashland, passed away on July 2, 2020 at her residence.

Born in Anderson, Alabama the daughter of William and Rasalee (McConnell) Herston she had been a resident of Ashland for 20 years. She was a homemaker.

On October 13, 1990 she was married to John Wells who survives.
Also surviving are her children; William (Connie) Dillard of Polk, Scott (Stacey) Dillard of Polk, Edward (Paula) Dillard of Ashland, Amiee Clinage of Ashland, Steven Dillard of Polk and Stefanie Ditmars of Ashland.
Twenty one grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren as well as three siblings; Sandra Furin of Ashland, Wanda Newberger of Polk and William Herston of Florida.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Rasalee Herston.

Charlotte enjoyed crocheting, coloring and spending time with her family.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Heyl Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
