<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Frank Lutz, 65, passed away Friday, July 3, 2020 in Thermopolis.</p> <p>Born April 5, 1955, in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Frank and Francis (Miller) Lutz.&nbsp; He graduated from Downingtown High School in 1973.</p> <p>On August 28, 1982&nbsp; he married Sheila Stuart and the couple has three children, Jason, Nicole and Jessica.</p> <p>Most of his career was working for and retiring from the Wyoming Department of Transportation.&nbsp; Frank was an avid fan of his beloved Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State Nittany Lions.&nbsp; He could be found on the couch on any given weekend cheering on the games.&nbsp; He also really enjoyed the time he got to spend with his grandkids, Camden and Lindsey.&nbsp; He liked to hunt and be outdoors and was known for his sense of humor.&nbsp; Frank did not know a stranger and said hello to almost anyone in his path.</p> <p>He is survived by Sheila Lutz, of Thermopolis; son, Jason (Jereca) of Casper, daughter, Nicole of Cedar Rapids, IA, Daughter, Jessica of Casper and grandchildren, Camden and Lindsey.&nbsp;&nbsp; Preceding him in death were his parents and brother, Lloyd.</p> <p>A memorial will be held later in the Fall.</p>

Frank Lutz, 65, passed away Friday, July 3, 2020 in Thermopolis.

Born April 5, 1955, in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Frank and Francis (Miller) Lutz.  He graduated from Downingtown High School in 1973.

On August 28, 1982  he married Sheila Stuart and the couple has three children, Jason, Nicole and Jessica.

Most of his career was working for and retiring from the Wyoming Department of Transportation.  Frank was an avid fan of his beloved Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State Nittany Lions.  He could be found on the couch on any given weekend cheering on the games.  He also really enjoyed the time he got to spend with his grandkids, Camden and Lindsey.  He liked to hunt and be outdoors and was known for his sense of humor.  Frank did not know a stranger and said hello to almost anyone in his path.
