<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>CLIFTON HOLBROOK</strong> was born on October 26, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri to Albert Holbrook Sr. and Gertrude Walker. He was the seventh of ten children. Preceding him in death was his mother, father, two grandchildren (Darion and Lil Clif), and four brothers (Albert Jr., John, Lamont, and Prentice).&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In 1962, he was united in matrimony with Lee Peebles-Holbrook.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Clifton </strong>was known for his business (Holbrook and Sons Hauling and Paving), his fascination with Cadillac cars, decked-out motorcycles, traveling, card games (bid wiz,&nbsp;spades), and a Pepsi soda in reach at all times. Whenever asked how he was doing, Clifton would respond by saying, &quot;I&#39;m suffering.&quot; Now, he&#39;s in a place where there is no more &quot;SUFFERING&quot;.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">He leaves to cherish his memory, his children: Clifton Spencer, Daphne Holbrook-Plump, Tonya Perry, Sidia Rhone Showers, Towan Holbrook, Antonio Williams Qeaneen), Chyina Peterson, Erica White, Michelle Martin, Dache Young, Briana Young, and Anita Kellum; eighteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, one brother, Franklin Holbrook Qoann); four sisters, Lillian Johnson, Patricia Hunt, Naomi West (Freddie Sr.), and Maggie Kidd. He also leaves a loving extended family of brothers and sisters, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many more.&nbsp;</p>

CLIFTON HOLBROOK was born on October 26, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri to Albert Holbrook Sr. and Gertrude Walker. He was the seventh of ten children. Preceding him in death was his mother, father, two grandchildren (Darion and Lil Clif), and four brothers (Albert Jr., John, Lamont, and Prentice). 

In 1962, he was united in matrimony with Lee Peebles-Holbrook. 

Clifton was known for his business (Holbrook and Sons Hauling and Paving), his fascination with Cadillac cars, decked-out motorcycles, traveling, card games (bid wiz, spades), and a Pepsi soda in reach at all times. Whenever asked how he was doing, Clifton would respond by saying, "I'm suffering." Now, he's in a place where there is no more "SUFFERING".
