Victoria Perry DuLong

Victoria Perry DuLong 1953-2020 The number of her days accomplished, Victoria Perry DuLong, followed her faith to an eternal life. Vicki was born in Bucksport, Me., the daughter of Richard E., and Elizabeth (Redman) Perry, and lived most of her life there. She attended Bucksport schools, Hopefields School Cape Cod, and graduated from Bucksport High School in 1972. She worked as a CNA, provided day care, and spent most of her career providing home health care. Family and caring were the very core of Vicki’s being. She organized all birthdays, holidays, and other family events. She took into her home and cared for her parents, mother-in-law, and any friend in time of need. Vicki loved being on the beach in Florida. She included family in her vacations, which featured many nice meals. Her caring and concern for her patients was, it seemed, boundless, and delivered not from a duty but rather from her very heart. Vicki love decorating her home, and it reflected her lifestyle, one of a simplified life of love, faith, and hope. She also loved her garden. Vicki was predeceased by her parents, husband Michael Wardwell, and special friends Nancy, and Randy Robinson. She is survived by her husband Bill DuLong, son Mikk Wardwell, daughter Devin DuLong, grandchildren Zack and Bailee Wardwell, sister Julie and husband Ross Files, sister-in-law Cheryl DuLong, niece Amy Parker, nephews Rikk Files and Torry Grant, godson Jon, and his brother Josh Geagan, and a band of day care dudes and dudettes that she always carried in her heart.
