Calling hours will be Monday, July 6, 2020, from 10:00 – 11:00 am in the Chapel of Vaugh C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Skinner will be held on Monday, July 6, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 11:00 – 11:30 am with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Gwynn Oak, MD immediately following services.
