Born on March 3, 1940 in Santiago, Dominican Republic she was the daughter of the Late Jose Serrata and Maria Martes.</p> <p>A Catholic prayer service will be held in the funeral home Tuesday at 11AM. Viewing will be Tuesday from 9-11AM.
