Cody Joseph Helm Sr. The man, the myth, the legend. Cody Joseph Helm Sr, 29, smiled and began his journey into eternal life with his savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, June 27, 2020. Cody was born in Brookfield, WI on May, 14, 1991, and raised in Waukesha, WI The son of Todd M. Helm and Laurie A. Mallon. Cody was known to live life with much passion and joy. He was an aspiring carpenter. He was known to many for his loyalty, his amazingly sarcastic sense of humor. Cody, from a very young age was interested in anything and everything that had to do with cars. It all started with micro cars, and eventually graduated to the actual thing. Cody loved his bike and enjoyed riding. He was also known for doing just about anything to put a smile on your face. He did anything for his loved ones and those in need; making a huge and great impact on those around him that will never be forgotten. Cody joins his; three grandfathers, Red, Butch, Markie, His nephews; Avielle and Kobe, and many other loved ones including his fur baby Roxy in eternal life. Cody is survived by his father Todd M. Helm, his step mother Lisa M. Nanez, his mother Laurie A. Mallon, his step father Richard L. Taylor Jr, his fiancé Tiffanie M. Nanez his children Cody Joseph Nanez- Helm Jr, Hazel Grace Nanez- Helm, his sisters Amber, Shanda, Brianna, Crystal, Desiree, Ashlyn, Alexa. His brother Derek, his step sister Michelle, 11 nieces, 8 nephews, his grandparents, many uncles, aunts and cousins. A celebration of Cody’s life will take place on Wednesday, July, 1st at 4:00 pm at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd, Hale’s Corners WI, 53130 with visitation to follow from 5 to 8 PM. There will be an honor ride leaving from Hartson Funeral Home on Saturday, July 4th at 10 AM.
