John E. Forster, Jr.
<p>On the early morning of June 23, 2020, John Edward Forster, Jr. age 64, of New Castle, DE, spread his wings and went home to the Lord, where he is no longer suffering and is finally at peace.</p> <p>John was born on February 21, 1956 to Emma and John Forster, Sr. He was one of seven children. John served 7 1/2 years in the United States Army. During this time, he served 2 tours in Germany, Aberdeen and Edgewood, MD.</p> <p>John is survived by his wife, Patricia, his son, John T. Forster of New Castle, DE and his father in law, Harold Hannum, of Harrington, DE. John loved his dogs, Bubba, Baby and Barney; and Odie and Fred that went to that big kennel in the sky. He is now at peace with his parents, mother in law, siblings and yes, his babies.</p> <p>“John, your son and your wife will always love you. You will forever remain in our hearts and thoughts. Your close friends will always remember your smile, your laugh and your corny jokes.”</p> <p>“I will wake up thinking of you, and will go to sleep with you on my mind. You took a piece of my heart with you. John, remember I will never love another, you will be the only man that takes my heart, love and affection.
