Ivagene Archambeault

<p id="descr" class="show-read-more" itemprop="description"> Mrs. Ivagene Carroll Archambeault, 81, of Collins/Cobbtown, passed on to eternal rest on September 1, 2018, at the Community Hospice of Vidalia. <br/><br/>She was born at home in Brunswick on July 29, 1937, but lived in Tattnall County since 1969. She was a member of Rogers Chapel Baptist Church and previously held membership at the Cobbtown United Methodist Church, where she served each church as pianist. She was a graduate of Glynn Academy where she played the bells for the Red Terror marching band. She received her L.P.N. degree from Swainsboro Technical College and she worked as a nurse for the Metter Nursing Home and for Toombs Nursing Home. She was also a certified jeweler. <br/><br/>She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Carroll; husband of 39 years, Raymond Harvey Archambeault; a son, Stan Shrout and a nephew, Allen Dennis Carroll.<br/><br/>She is survived by three sons, Chris Archambeault (Christa) of Metter; Kelly Archambeault of Cobbtown and Kirby Archambeault of Cobbtown; one brother, Edward Carroll (Gene) of Brunswick; two grandchildren, Caryolyn Archambeault of Athens and Christopher Archambeault Jr. of Metter; two nieces, Lori Ann Carroll Jurascheck (Bill) of Brunswick and Rebecca Archambeault Macias (Chris) of Davis, CA. <br/><br/>The family will receive friends on Friday evening, September 7, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cobbtown Chapel of Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday morning, September 8, 2018 at Cobbtown United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. with Reverends Larry Rader and Jerald Dorr officiating.
