Beatrice C. Shipp, 90, passed away on December 10, 2015. She was born in Roanoke, VA, to the late Harry & Eva Tyler and was also predeceased by her loving husband, Floyd Shipp. Beatrice worked in the cafeteria at John B. Dey Elementary School for 19 years and was a member of London Bridge Baptist Church. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, June Flamont and Donna LaCroix; sons, Harvey Shipp and Wayne Shipp; 7 grandchildren, Ron Flamont, Myles Shipp, Matt Shipp, Melody Mattice, Ricky Shipp, Mark Shipp, Misti Shipp; 10 great grandchildren; along with extended family and friends. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel on Monday, Dec. 14, 2015, from 6 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at 1 p.m. at London Bridge Baptist Church with Rev.
