Richard Walter Miller, 25, passed away on January 15, 2017. Born in Portsmouth, VA, he was a Pipefitter for Gaston Brothers Utilities. Left to cherish his memory: his wife, Iesha O'Rourke; son, Jahlyl Brown; daughter, Kyra Baggett; mother, Sandra Hoggard; father, Jeff Korbar; sisters, Jessica Korbar and Leslie Pelton; and a brother, Jeffrey Sines.
