Richard Walter Miller, 25, passed away on January 15, 2017. Born in Portsmouth, VA, he was a Pipefitter for Gaston Brothers Utilities. Left to cherish his memory: his wife, Iesha O'Rourke; son, Jahlyl Brown; daughter, Kyra Baggett; mother, Sandra Hoggard; father, Jeff Korbar; sisters, Jessica Korbar and Leslie Pelton; and a brother, Jeffrey Sines. The family will receive friends at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Hwy. Chapel on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017, from 7 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2017, in the funeral home chapel.
