Darrald DeWight Crosby, 53 of Roachdale, passed away on June 19, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on May 15, 1967 to Wassell and Rosalie (Harvey) Crosby in Greencastle, IN. He married Heather Louise (Pulsipher) Crosby on August 8, 2009 in Greencastle, IN. She survives. After high school Darrald began driving a semi truck. He drove for AJ Hetrick Enterprises, as well as owned and operated his own semi trucks for many years. He attended Roachdale Christian Church with his family. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family, hunting, looking for mushrooms, grilling, and showing 4-H pigs with his daughter, Destiny. He is survived by his wife, Heather Crosby, daughter, Destiny Crosby, step children, Kenny and Jake Quisenberry, step grandchildren, Carson, Jackson, Hayden, Bryson, and Juliana, siblings, Patricia Higgins, Russell Crosby, and Debra Crosby, parents, Wassell and Rosalie Crosby, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sibling, Penny, step son, Britt, and his father in law. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 26, 2020 at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home, 102 E. Washington Street, Roachdale, Indiana, 46172 with Pastor Mick Buchanan officiating. Burial will follow in Roachdale Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 12:00 to 2:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home. Limited numbers in attendance may be regulated and social distancing is expected to be followed. Masks are encouraged.
