Breaux Bridge - A memorial service will be held at 2:30 pm on ,Monday, June 22, 2020 at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge for Linda Faye Lormand Woods, 71, who passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2020, at St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehab Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 1:00 pm until 2:30 pm . Fr. Kenneth Domingue will officiate at the memorial service Linda had a special fondness and love for cats. As a pastime, she enjoyed drawing and coloring. Linda also had a "sweet tooth" and often enjoyed her favorite sweets, Junior Mints and Hershey chocolates. She is survived by her brothers, Richard Lormand (Debra), Lennis Lormand, and Elton Lormand (Diane); sisters, Georgie Lormand, Verlie "Jean" Trahan (Lawrence), Audrey Palmer (Lee), Jackie Lormand, Cindy Benoit, Mary Babineaux (Ernest), and Gail Fix (Jason); her dear.friend, Mercedes Oubre; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah Verlie Marie Leger Lormand; husband, Robert Woods; brothers, Bradley Lormand, Noah Lormand, Jr., Dennis Lormand, and Mark Lormand; .
