<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:22px;">Cashona Tate, aged 39, was born on May 17, 1980, to Angela Harris &amp; the late Charles Stigars.&nbsp; Cashona departed this life and gained her heavenly wings on May 15, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:22px;">Cashona, affectionately known as &ldquo;Shona,&rdquo; was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware.&nbsp; She received her early education in the public-school system graduating from Howard High School of Technology in 1998.&nbsp; Shona received numerous accolades and enjoyed volleyball, track, and cheerleading for the Raiders. In 1997 she was inducted into the National Honor Society.&nbsp; After graduating high school, she attended Morgan State University.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:22px;">Shona worked in the financial/banking industry since high school and enjoyed helping people, so no surprise she would later become a financial advisor. In early 2019 she decided to join the American Airlines team. She loved her jobs, but she also loved being an entrepreneur, and one of her many ventures was as a Life Changer with Total Life Changes, a venture she passionately worked with her sisters and cousins.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:22px;">Shona loved the Lord and believed that everyone has a given talent that if nurtured they could achieve their dreams. She was a member of Victory Christian Fellowship in New Castle, Delaware led by Pastors Gary and&nbsp;Faye Whetstone. Upon moving to Charlotte, NC, Shona joined The Exchange Church led by Pastor James Scott and First Lady Tara Scott.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:22px;">Cashona loved her family dearly and was loved dearly in return. She leaves to cherish her memory:&nbsp;her sons, Rashon Neal, Rashad Thomas and Raleir Tate; her step-daughters, Niamiyah Tate, Aaliyah Tate and Leairah Tate;&nbsp; her mother and stepfather, Angela and Ronald &ldquo;Kimoko&rdquo; Harris;&nbsp;brothers, Gregory Jackson and Caron Jenkins;&nbsp;sisters Koshelva Whittle, Alexandra Walker and Shante Davis (Christian);&nbsp;&nbsp;godmother, Cheryl Stigars Ashe;&nbsp;Uncle Junie &amp; Aunt Wanda Henderson;&nbsp;special friends Sheron Wallace, Terron Brown and Robert Thomas;&nbsp;an extensive list of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; a&nbsp;devoted cousin Elizabeth Cole, and numerous friends both in Delaware and North Carolina.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:22px;">Her&nbsp;Celebration of Life Service will be at 9:30 AM on&nbsp;Saturday, June 20, 2020, at Victory Christian Fellowship,&nbsp;100 Wilton Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720. There will be no viewing.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:22px;">Immediately following her service, Cashona&#39;s interment will be in&nbsp;Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720.</span></p>

Cashona Tate, aged 39, was born on May 17, 1980, to Angela Harris & the late Charles Stigars.  Cashona departed this life and gained her heavenly wings on May 15, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Cashona, affectionately known as “Shona,” was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware.  She received her early education in the public-school system graduating from Howard High School of Technology in 1998.  Shona received numerous accolades and enjoyed volleyball, track, and cheerleading for the Raiders. Her Celebration of Life Service will be at 9:30 AM on Saturday, June 20, 2020, at Victory Christian Fellowship, 100 Wilton Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720. There will be no viewing.

Immediately following her service, Cashona's interment will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720.
