Justine Bellue Obituary

Justine Francis Bellue Justine’s colorful life began on September 27, 1986 in Tacoma, Washington. A life that was full of beauty, pain, happiness, grief, laughter, adventures, differences, fun and tons of love. Justine was a graduate of Mt. Tahoma High School and was a proud Thunderbird. Considered academically gifted as she breezed through high school with light studying and achieving a high GPA. Why bother with her studies? There were notes to write, songs to hear, dances to be danced and friends to be made. Some who she remained in contact with long after the tassels moved from right to left. Justine spent 10 years of her professional career at the Emerald Queen Casino’s Human Resources Department. She also held positions at Nordstrom’s, Commencement Bay Cannabis, family smoke shops and you could at times find her giving deals at the Puyallup Tribe’s Firecracker Alley. She could walk in any room and make a friend out of any stranger. If you were a friend she was a face you looked forward to seeing, a contagious laugh you counted on and hug so strong it warmed your soul. She had a natural draw to her. She was up on the newest fashions, jewelry, purses and shoes. Oh and let’s not forget make-up. She had the most beautiful eyes and she was a pro at highlighting one of her best assets. Who do you know that can put on liquid eyeliner without a mirror and wing it perfectly with every stroke? She was up on all the newest shows, music and she knew the best spots to eat. Justine was kind, generous and a lady. She loved nice things. She epitomized the phrase girlie girl and even if she just had on sweats managed to make a messy bun look like the thing to rock. When in the same space you knew you were going to have the best talks no matter what the topic. She never cut you off even if she had something on her plate. She heard you out and made you feel like you weren’t alone and didn’t judge you for your feelings. She made the quietest and dull places the spot to be in. That was all a part of her charm. She just had you at the most simplest of words.. hello. Justine was a natural magnet for children. She was so great with children and she absolutely loved to snuggle them. She was a wonderful auntie and became one to most that she met. She was the person you laughed with, cried with and just knew life was better because she was in it. To say she will be missed will be the understatement of the century. For all who loved Justine will have a space that will never be filled. We are thankful for the time we got to spend with her. We are now left with the remnants of the beautiful colors she left on all of our lives. She has now gone to be with the piece of her heart she had been missing her grandmother aka Gramz. Justine is survived by her Mother Mary Squally, Father Frank Bellue, Sister Shannon Squally, Brother Spencer Bellue, Nephew Talon and Nieces Shaymarie and Remi. Her five Aunts, one Uncle and many cousins. Justine is preceded by her maternal Grandmother Viola Squally, Grandfather Jon Mataruso, Aunt Evelyn Butler, Uncle William Manzanares III, niece Karisi Gower, paternal Grandfather Carlos Bellue, Grandmother Dorothy Bellue and Uncle Charles Bellue. Funeral services to be held Saturday, June 13, 2020 at The Puyallup Youth Center @ 5803 N Levee Rd E, Fife, WA 98424
