Antoinette Pauli Parish Obituary

Antoinette “Toni” Pauli Parish, 82, of Palm Bay, FL, formerly of Chittenango, NY and Minoa, NY, passed away after a courageous fight. She was born on January 24, 1938 in Binghamton, NY, the daughter of the late Louis and Filomena Gaudio. Toni was a homemaker for many years, staying home to raise her children. During this time, she attended the Contemporary School of Beauty and was a hairdresser in Chittenango. When she returned to work full time, she worked in Human Resources at Agway, Inc. and then as a Member Service Representative at Countryside Federal Credit Union, from where she retired. Toni was a loving wife, mom, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, aunt, great-aunt and friend. She was the “glue” that held the family together. She was a selfless, giving individual who put others needs before her own and was a perfect example of who we should all strive to be to make the world a better place. She was accepting of everyone. She had a zest for life and affected everyone she encountered. Toni enjoyed reading, dancing (she could cut a rug!), traveling and spending summers at the camp she and her husband have on Oneida Lake. She especially enjoyed time with family and friends. Surviving are her husband of 18 years, Philip N. Parish; children, James (Michele) Pauli of Cicero, NY, Thomas (Sondra) Pauli of Canastota, NY; daughter, Barbara Robinson (David Will) of Central Square, NY; stepchildren, Kris (Rene) Parish of Norco, CA, Scott (Whitney) Parish of Minoa, NY, Susan Metras of Cicero, NY and Candace Finch of Syracuse, NY; daughter-in-law, Salli Pauli; 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and her beloved dog, Maggie. She is predeceased by her first husband, George B. Pauli in 1998 and her son, William “Bill” T. Pauli in 2017. Calling hours will be from 4-6 PM on Monday, June 15 at R.H Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepps Corners Rd., Minoa. A private funeral service will be at 10 AM on Tuesday, June 16. It will be live streamed. A public burial will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Chittenango, NY. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. To donate by mail, make checks payable to the Upstate Foundation, Inc., 750 Adams St. CAB326, Syracuse, NY 13210 or at https://www.upstatefoundation.org/
