Jezell Alia Barrera, 14, of Pasco, passed away on June 6, 2020. She was born on February 16, 2006, in Richland, WA, to Mergen Bucio and Francisco Barrera. Jezell was a student at McLoughin Middle School. She lived in Tri-Cities for 12 years. Some of her hobbies and interests included Jazz, band, dancing, volleyball, cheer, cooking, white water rafting with family, choir, sketching, drawing, painting, konmari method and flag football, jump scares, photo bombing, tik tok, aesthetic style of clothing and music. “My sister was funny, happy. She wore fun stuff. She was s role model too. She played hide and go seek and found really good hiding spots. I love you sister” Little sister. “She swept me off my feet since she was a baby. (I passed out when she was born). She enjoyed jump scares and writing assignments (where she always made fun of me). You ARE my hero. If I could write a book about you, it would take a lifetime to finish” Dad. “My bebé was such a loving, caring, responsible, fun, loving, always smiling, joyful, adventure seeking, always ready to learn, talented, sweaty hands, nervous wreck but always delivered results, a role model. I got to be the luckiest mother in the world to have her for as long a I did. She is and always will be my first born. I am so proud of her! My heart grows full every time I think of her. I love you bebé” Mom. She is survived by her little sister Zerenity Barrera, her mother Mergen Bucio and her father Francisco Barrera. Jezell is preceded in death by her grandfather, Rafael Calderon. Her love, laughter and generosity will be dearly missed by all.
