Rebecca Rae (Norman) Lee, 50, of Skandia, died Sunday, January 15, 2017 at her home. She was born March 11, 1966 in Gwinn, Michigan, a daughter of Gilbert L. and Stella (Rock) Norman. She was a 1984 graduate of Gwinn High School and was a lifelong area resident. Rebecca married Edward Lee on May 7, 2012. She worked a variety of jobs throughout her life. She provided home care to numerous people, worked with special needs students in the Gwinn Schools and most recently was employed as a veterinary technician at the Gwinn-Sawyer Veterinary Clinic to name a few. Rebecca enjoyed the outdoors and gardening and caring for her many animals, she also enjoyed playing in the Little Lake Legion Cribbage league, but her great love was spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Edward Lee of Skandia; children, Levi (Crissy McClain) Crouse of Fairfield, PA and Nicole (Austin) Almony of Dillsburgh, PA; step-son, Dan Lee of Marquette; mother, Stella Norman of Lathrop, MI; grandchildren, Wrangler Crouse, Aaron and Isaac Almony; sister, Denise Peterson of Monticello, MN; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, maternal & paternal grandparents, John & Evelyn Norman and Leo & Leona Rock. In accordance with her wishes there will be no services. Her wish was to have those who knew and loved her to take a moment to remember her preferably while enjoying a "cold drink".
